4. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, images, compatibility information and prices displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.

However, due to manufacturing updates, supplier changes, technical settings or packaging variations:

  • Colours and appearance may vary slightly from product images;
  • Packaging may differ from the images displayed on the website;
  • Minor specification updates may occur without materially affecting the product’s main function;
  • Accessories included with the product may vary depending on the specific product description.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information carefully before placing an order. For questions before purchasing, please contact us at sale@zenvytrade.co.

Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed before the customer confirms the order.

6. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order in the following cases:

  • Pricing, listing or stock error;
  • Payment authorisation issue;
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information;
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised transaction;
  • Compliance, legal or security reasons.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely through authorised third-party payment providers.

Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

The order will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorised or received.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Due to our fulfilment and dropshipping model, products may be shipped from different supplier warehouses, fulfilment centres or logistics facilities depending on inventory availability and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided for information purposes and may vary due to:

  • Carrier operations;
  • Customs procedures;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Seasonal demand;
  • Supplier or warehouse operations;
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If delivery is delayed, we invite the customer to contact us so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier, supplier or fulfilment partner.

9. Transfer of Risk

For consumer customers, the risk of loss or damage to the product transfers to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer, physically receives the product.

10. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in France or another European Union country, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period by sending a clear statement to:

Email: sale@zenvytrade.co
Postal address: ZENVY TRADE, 69 RUE EDOUARD VAILLANT, 69100 VILLEURBANNE, France

You may use the withdrawal form provided in our Return and Refund Policy, but using this form is not mandatory. Any clear written statement expressing your decision to withdraw from the purchase is sufficient.

From 19 June 2026, where required by applicable law, we will make available an online functionality allowing consumers to exercise their withdrawal right directly online.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged products and withdrawal procedures are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, available on our website.

In the event of withdrawal, eligible payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw, subject to our right to withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the customer provides proof of return shipment.

If the customer selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns, unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Legal Guarantees

Consumers benefit from mandatory statutory guarantees under applicable French and European consumer law. These rights apply independently of any commercial return policy.

The customer may also benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects where applicable, if a hidden defect makes the product unfit for its intended use or significantly reduces its use.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
