ZENVY TRADE operates an online retail business specialising in stand-up paddle boards, inflatable paddle boards, paddle accessories and related water sports equipment.

We operate through a fulfilment and dropshipping model. Products may be stored, packed and shipped by carefully selected suppliers, fulfilment centres and logistics partners located in different countries, depending on inventory availability and delivery destination.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing and shipment by contacting us at sale@zenvytrade.co.

Once an order has entered fulfilment, packaging or shipping stages, cancellation may no longer be possible. However, consumer withdrawal rights may still apply after delivery in accordance with applicable law.

4. 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to statutory consumer rights, we offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return under our commercial return policy:

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition;
  • The product must not have been inflated, assembled or used on water;
  • All accessories, manuals, pumps, fins, repair kits and packaging must be included;
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible;
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

This 30-day return policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under French or European Union law.

5. EU and French Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in France or another European Union country, you have the legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period by sending a clear statement to:
